Razor Landin Leg

ELIMINATE manually operated legs and INCREASE OH&S benefits!

"The Victorian Safeway fleet runs an integrated 'Quick hitch' program, so the elimination of manually operated legs was seen to have potentially great OH&S benefits."

"We also wanted to determine whether or not there would be a productivity gain. The outcome of this trial led to a positive involvement between Razor and Safeway Fleet Management to develop the product to the current stage, where it is now regarded as a 'standard spec', as it delivers both OH&S and productivity benefits."

Rollover Tarp

An added safety bonus at the press of a button, from inside the cab.

"With the Razor Roll Over Tarp, our driver doesn't have to leave the cab and can still maintain the same amount of control over the trailer."

Back strain

Eliminates back strain

"An unloaded trailer isn't any problem, but on many occasions, I've had to lift a fully loaded trailer one the last few inches myself. The Razor Electric Drive takes all the strain".

Noske truck

Improves the look and professionalism of the company

"The Razor product's compact and16-06-2009nd professional looking rig. Our customers look for us to transport their materials safely and efficiently. A professional looking rig helps with that image."

Razor Power Tarp

The Razor Power Tarp: the Best Solution

"We have been very impressed with Razor as we have not seen another electronic tarp design like it. The manual override is excellent, and in the event of a breakdown you are still able to load and unload manually."

"We've put it through some fairly strenuous tests on the bench, and out in the field. The bench tests were carried out on a continuous basis of over 3000 individual cycles, split into lots of 6 lots of 500, each lifting alternately 25 and 12.5 tonnes (to simulate a loaded and partially loaded trailer). After each 500 cycles the Razor Electric Drive was stripped and assessed. There was no visual wear and tear. This was confirmed by the independent lab tests on the Razor Electric Drive lubricants which showed no traces of metal."
